How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time takes 1 business day. After that, your order will be shipped. If you purchased standard shipping within the U.S. it takes on average 2-4 business days to arrive. 

Do you ship on the weekends?

Normal shipping occurs Monday- Friday.  

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping information?

Please send us an email ASAP at - we'll do our best to get this corrected for you! 

If the item has already been shipped to the original address that was provided, it will be your responsibility to contact the postal carrier about the address change. If the package is returned to us for any reason, you will be notified immediately to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.

Wheres my tracking number?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order via our website. Please note that sometimes this email will go into your spam/junk folder.  If you have any questions, please shoot an email to and we will gladly look into it for you! 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return/exchange an item?

We accept returns & exchanges on all items as long as they are unworn (clothing & accessories), unused (glass products), and not damaged. If you have received a defective item, we can offer a return or exchange as well. To make a return/exchange please send an email to: with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, items requested to be exchanged (if applicable) to confirm that we have the product in stock and that you are eligible to make a return/exchange.

Once your order is received, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

How long do I have to return/exchange an item?

As long as the item is unworn, unused, and not damaged you have 3 days from purchase to return/exchange your purchase.


Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California.

Discounts & Special Offers

Why isn't my Be Lit Brand discount code working?

If your discount code isn't working, it is usually for one of these reasons:

  1. The code in question has expired and has been deactivated
  2. We are running a sale where items are already discounted therefore other promotional codes are deactivated for those items
  3. Multiple promo codes can not be used at one time.
