How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time takes 1 business day. After that, your order will be shipped. If you purchased standard shipping within the U.S. it takes on average 2-4 business days to arrive.
Do you ship on the weekends?
Normal shipping occurs Monday- Friday.
What happens if I put in the wrong shipping information?
Please send us an email ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org - we'll do our best to get this corrected for you!
Wheres my tracking number?
Upon shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order via our website. Please note that sometimes this email will go into your spam/junk folder. If you have any questions, please shoot an email to email@example.com and we will gladly look into it for you!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return/exchange an item?
We accept returns & exchanges on all items as long as they are unworn (clothing & accessories), unused (glass products), and not damaged. If you have received a defective item, we can offer a return or exchange as well. To make a return/exchange please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, items requested to be exchanged (if applicable) to confirm that we have the product in stock and that you are eligible to make a return/exchange.
Once your order is received, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
How long do I have to return/exchange an item?
As long as the item is unworn, unused, and not damaged you have 3 days from purchase to return/exchange your purchase.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California.
